Biography
About Dr. Johnson
Dr. Sarah Johnson is a globally recognized leader in international development with over 20 years of experience across Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and Latin America. She holds a Ph.D. in International Development from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Prior to co-founding Hope in Action in 2009, Sarah led UNICEF's education programs across West Africa, where she personally oversaw the construction of over 200 schools and the training of 5,000+ teachers. Under her leadership, Hope in Action has grown from a grassroots initiative into a $28M global organization serving 28 countries.
