Biography
About Aisha
Aisha Patel has dedicated 15 years to operational excellence in the nonprofit sector, with expertise spanning supply chain management, financial operations, and multi-country team coordination. She earned her MBA from Wharton School and her undergraduate degree from Oxford University.
Since joining Hope in Action in 2015, Aisha has restructured our global operations, reduced administrative overhead by 40%, and implemented the real-time impact tracking system now considered a sector benchmark. She oversees 280+ staff across 28 country offices.
